裴氏莺（Bui Thioanh），女，博士，硕士研究生导师（信息与通信工程，电子信息）。开设《5G移动通信技术》，《无线通信》，《数字通信导论》，《智能传感网》等课程。主要研究方向为目标定位与跟踪算法、计算机视觉。近5年主持和参与的科研项目有国家自然科学基金项目1项，广西自然科学基金2项，广西科技计划项目1项，横向项目1项。在国内外期刊上发表的学术论文20余篇。
